On a quest for crafting remarkable whiskey, we adhere to a meticulous distillation process, employing both a beer still and doubler for a double distillation.

Our spirit begins its journey with a respectable proof off the still at 135 proof, laying the groundwork for its evolution.
Crafted with care, our barrels are made from new, white oak and charred to perfection with a #4 char, undergoing precisely 55 seconds of charring.

These barrels are sourced from the esteemed Independent Stave in Lebanon, KY, ensuring quality and craftsmanship in every aspect.

With a barrel entry proof of 125, we set the stage for optimal aging conditions, allowing our whiskey to mature gracefully over time.

Each barrel, boasting 53 liquid gallons or 66.25 original proof gallons, finds its home in Warehouses I, L, O & K, where it rests on the 5th, 6th & 7th floors, absorbing the essence of its surroundings.

During the aging process, we accept a modest evaporation loss of 31%, a sacrifice that contributes to the concentrated richness of our whiskey.

To maintain the integrity of our product, we opt for a hands-off approach to filtration, allowing its true character to shine through.

At the time of bottling, our whiskey proudly wears an age of 6 years and 4 months, a testament to our commitment to quality and patience.
