The Harmony Collection Amber Meadow, a collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney, celebrates Scotland's lush lands and the sisters' childhood memories of the serene and sentimental natural landscapes of the country.
Named after their family's farm Amber Fields, it's their first joint venture. Discarded meadow cuttings adorn the packaging, echoing The Macallan's connection to the land.
The whisky, aged in sherry seasoned oak and bourbon casks, offers notes of orange, lemon, oak, and green tea, with a rich, sweet finish. The collaboration reflects shared values of creativity and nature appreciation.

"The Macallan always presents a smooth, oily texture complemented by a moderate alcohol by volume (ABV), making it accessible to all at 44.2%. Through a meticulous blend of Sherry-seasoned casks and ex-Bourbon, this expression offers delicate aromas of berries and vanilla on the nose, with a subtle hint of malted grain.
The palate mirrors these soft notes, impeccably balanced with a touch of oak, while the signature Macallan character shines through with a refreshing hint of honeyed tea. The finish is bright and citrusy, featuring notes of fresh lemon, cream, and a delightful zest of orchard fruits.
