Crafted with precision, our barrels are fashioned from new, white oak and meticulously charred to a #4 level for precisely 55 seconds, a process that imparts richness and complexity to our spirits.

Sourced from the esteemed Independent Stave in Lebanon, MO, our barrels are a testament to quality craftsmanship and unwavering dedication.

With a barrel entry proof of 125, we create the perfect environment for aging, allowing our whiskey to mature gracefully over time.

Each barrel, holding 53 liquid gallons or 66.25 original proof gallons, finds its sanctuary in Warehouses I, L & M, spread across multiple floors, where it absorbs the unique characteristics of its surroundings.

During the aging process, we embrace a modest evaporation loss of 31%, a sacrifice that enhances the concentration and richness of our whiskey.
