Starting off strong at 140 proof, our spirit sets the stage for a journey of bold flavors.

Crafted from new, white oak and charred to perfection with a #4 char for precisely 55 seconds, our barrels are sourced from Independent Stave in Lebanon, MO, known for their commitment to quality.

With a barrel entry proof of 125, we ensure the ideal conditions for aging, allowing our whiskey to mature gracefully over time.
Each barrel, holding 53 liquid gallons (equivalent to 66.25 original proof gallons), finds its home in Warehouse K, where it rests on both the 1st and 3rd floors, absorbing the essence of its surroundings.

As part of the aging process, we embrace the angel's share, with 75% of the original whiskey lost to evaporation, contributing to its concentrated richness.

Maintaining the integrity of our craft, we opt for a hands-off approach to filtration, allowing the whiskey to retain its authentic character and complexity.

At the time of bottling, our whiskey boasts an impressive age of 15 years and 5 months, a testament to our unwavering dedication to quality and patience.
