What started as a wild experiment with Yarra Valley shiraz grapes has become a core gin of the Four Pillars range. When you're distilling craft gin in the heart of Victoria's cool climate wine country, this combo just makes sense. Bloody Shiraz is, "bloody delicious, seriously drinkable", with a fruity sweetness from the steeped grapes that doesn't overwhelm the spice and juniper of the gin at its heart.
