Glenglassaugh, since its revival in 2008, has recently unveiled its inaugural age statement. This whisky has been skillfully crafted using a combination of bourbon, sherry, and red wine casks, resulting in a truly impressive creation.

Upon tasting this whisky, one will be transported to a coastal setting, where the gentle breeze carries the essence of summer fruits.

The nose of this whisky begins with delightful notes of toffee and walnuts, followed by a distinctive coastal aroma complemented by hints of liquorice and toasted wholemeal.

The palate offers a burst of juicy and vibrant fruit flavors, which then give way to a rich and malty experience reminiscent of gingerbread, biscuits, and raspberries.

The finish is marked by the presence of spiced orchard fruits and a delectable sweet shortcrust pastry note.
