In our pursuit of crafting exceptional whiskey, we employ a meticulous distillation process, utilizing both a beer still and doubler for a double distillation.

Starting with a strong foundation at 140 proof, our spirit undergoes its transformation in barrels of new, white oak, meticulously charred to a #4 level for precisely 55 seconds.

Sourced from the esteemed Independent Stave in Lebanon, KY, our barrels are crafted with care and expertise.
With a barrel entry proof of 125, we ensure the ideal conditions for aging, allowing our whiskey to mature gracefully over time.
Each barrel holds 53 liquid gallons, equivalent to 66.25 original proof gallons, and finds its home in Warehouses H, K, and L, where it rests on the 1st and 4th floors, absorbing the essence of its surroundings.

As part of the aging process, we embrace the angel's share, with 70% of the original whiskey lost to evaporation, contributing to its concentrated richness.

To preserve the whiskey's authentic character, we opt for a chill filtration process.

At the time of bottling, our whiskey boasts an impressive age of 17 years and 5 months, a testament to our commitment to quality and patience.
