Enticing aromas of ripe plum, red cherry and Christmas cake spice. The aromas continue through onto the palate accompanied with the softness of silky tannins, fine acidity and spiced fruit cake, matched with clove and ripe plum. The fertile earth of the Tamar Valley and the maritime winds of the Bass Strait meet in Dalrymple's cool climate vineyard to produce some seriously distinctive Tassie wines.
