Bouchard's Saint-Romain Blanc is of outstanding freshness and delicacy. The wine displays an array of citrus and stone fruit characteristics, beautifully balanced with aromas of white flowers and an irresistable minerality.

2020 was a truly wonderful vintage in Burgundy - gentle honeyed flavours are beginning to show through in a wine which will no doubt gain additional complexity with medium-term cellaring. Enjoy alongside fresh fish, poultry dishes or indeed on it's own.
