The wine is crafted from a carefully balanced combination of 70% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Noir, and 15% Pinot Meunier grapes, which are meticulously handpicked from a vineyard situated on the southern slopes of Bisseuil in the Champagne region. Following the meticulous grape selection process, the wine undergoes fermentation exclusively in oak barrels. This unique vinification method imparts distinct characteristics to the final product. After fermentation, the wine is left to rest on its lees for an extended period, allowing for the development of complex flavors and textures. Finally, the wine is aged in the bottle for a minimum of four years before being disgorged.
