We'll send:

1 x Santiago Quebranta Pisco : 750ml

1 x Cawsey's Sugar Syrup : 750ml

You'll need:

Limes

Egg Whites Or An Alternative

Angostura Bitters (Optional)

With these ingredients:

60ml Santiago Quebranta Pisco

25ml Lime Juice

15ml Cawseys Sugar Syrup

15ml Egg White Or An Alternative

Do This:

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain back into the shaker.  Shake again without ice and strain into an ice filled glass

Garnish with 3 drops of bitters - if you have it, a wheel of lime will do, if you don't.
