Passionfruit

A Martini Glass

A Champagne Flute

With these ingredients:

1 1/2 Passionfruit

60ml Grey Goose 'La Vanilla' Vodka

15ml Joseph Cartron Passionfruit Liqueur

15ml Crawleys Vanilla Bean Syrup

15ml Lime Juice

60ml Mumm Grand Cordon Champagne

Do This:

Scoop out the flesh and seeds of 3 passionfruit halves, add to your shaker with all ingredients except the champagne.

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.

Serve the champagne in a chilled glass on the side.
