Crisp redcurrant, pine forest floor, foraged wild mushrooms, earthy rhubarb, kalamata olive and blackberry bramble. It's all about the microclimates, baby. From carefully selected single-vineyard sites in Gippsland, vigneron Mark Heath and winemaker Marcus Satchell (of Dirty Three fame) produce small-batch wines bursting with flavor. Combined with a label this fancy, it's the perfect wine to bring to the dinner party.
