They say you can’t improve on a classic, but then espresso martinis met salted caramel and it was a match made in heaven.

Once you know how easy it is to make, you’ll ditch dessert for this sweet treat instead. This cocktail is a genteel evening pick-me-up for a night on the town - or a night at home with your finest PJs and Netflix, there’s no ‘wrong’ way to enjoy something this delicious. 

Grab this:

- 40ml Stoli Salted Karamel Vodka
- 20ml Tia Maria
- 30ml Little Drippa coffee
- Sugar
- Ice (from filtered water)
- A cocktail shaker (or just use the plastic shaker that came free with your gym membership)

Do this:

1. Throw the Stoli Salted Karamel Vodka, Tia Maria and Little Drippa coffee into the shaker

2. Add sugar to taste

3. Fill the shaker with ice

4. Shake shake shake!

5. Strain the salted caramel espresso martini into a glass - you can use a tea strainer

7. Be fancy, wherever the fancy takes you.

Pro-Tip: Want a really good crema? Shake harder!
