If you’re in the tropical northern parts of Australia, there’s nothing more synonymous with summer than the mango, and there’s no variety more loved than the Kensington Pride (also known as the Bowen). We love the mango character that certain hops, when combined with the right yeast strain, add to a hazy IPA, so for this celebration of Mango we’ve combined Kensington Pride mango puree with some of our favourite hop varieties. Galaxy was used in the kettle, Ella was added early in the ferment, Citra and Mosaic were added mid-ferment along with the mango puree and the third and final dry hop of Citra Cryo, Mosaic Cryo and Sabro Cryo was done at the end of ferment. Best drunk as fresh as possible to enjoy the fresh hop aromas while they’re at their peak.
