Delivery Info
You stay, we fetch.
Hairydog delivers Australia-wide (excluding certain restricted postcodes) utilising our own delivery team (for metro Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide) and Australia Post.
Standard delivery takes approximately 1-3 business days for Metro deliveries and 1-7 days for Rural deliveries. The costs for standard delivery are:
- Metro postcodes - $6.80
- Rural postcodes - $13.60
If you have specific delivery instructions (i.e. “knock on the back door instead”) make sure to let us know.
Delivery updates
Once you place an order, you will receive a few important Hairydog emails including your order confirmation. Customers with orders that go out via Australia Post will also receive further tracking updates.
Split deliveries
Depending on where your products are coming from, you might receive more than one delivery for a single order. We'll always try to get in touch if there will be a split delivery. If you're worried and you haven't heard from us, check your spam folder first!
Contactless delivery
Our couriers and delivery drivers provide a contact-free service should you nominate this option, where our drivers deem it is safe and legal to deliver contact free.
