A whiskey of the elements, Westward has created an American whiskey unlike any other, forged from the richness of the Northwest.
The Westward Whiskey Difference
Brewed like a pale ale. Westward begins by brewing an artisanal American Ale from scratch, using locally malted barley, ale yeast, and a slow, low-temperature fermentation.
Distilled like a single malt. Westward distills twice in custom low-reflux pot stills that were designed to create a robust spirit, and transform their fresh, flavorful Ale into whiskey.
Aged like a bourbon. Westward matures to perfection in new, lightly charred American Oak barrels selected to accentuate the bold characteristics of this great whiskey. Before bottling the barrels are mingled in small batches to achieve Westward's signature flavor profile - balanced and bold.
Westward American Single Malt Whiskey is made in Oregon, USA.
